This experience will be held both in and outside. You will start this experience out in the paddock with farmer John Bruce, Emma's father and Cape Grim Beef producer. After spending time getting up close with the cattle and hearing about grass cultivation, you will move into the kitchen with Emma for your cooking school workshop. All experiences end with a combined meal with matched Tasmanian wines.
What to wear
Casual comfortable clothing an d closed-in shoes that can be worn outside, that are comfortable to stand in all day is recommended.
What to bring
Guests are not required to bring anything. Aprons and knives, along with all cooking school ingredients are provided on the day. Guests that prefer to bring their own knives must accept responsibility for their care and safety.

Provenance kitchen is located in Stanley, North West of Tasmania, Australia. Cooking school is held at Highfield Historic Site.
